These Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by SayPlease (“the Agency”, “we”, “our”). By making a booking or engaging with our services, you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms apply to all offers, bookings and services provided by SayPlease.
1.2 Other terms (including any you may purport to apply) have no effect unless expressly agreed in writing by SayPlease.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years or older to book and use our services.
2.2 The Agency reserves the right to ask for valid proof of age and identity.
3. Booking Confirmations
3.1 A booking is confirmed only when SayPlease has accepted your request and issued a written confirmation.
3.2 SayPlease reserves the right to decline any booking for any reason.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking and may be made by card, PayPal, or cash.
4.2 All prices are quoted in Euros and include travel costs unless exceptional arrangements are required.
4.3 SayPlease may require deposits for certain bookings; these will be specified at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
5.2 If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee may apply up to the full amount paid.
5.3 No‑Shows: If you fail to show up for a confirmed booking without notice, the full fee is due.
5.4 Agency Cancellations: If SayPlease cancels due to illness or extraordinary circumstances, we will either offer a replacement companion where possible or refund amounts paid for services not rendered.
5.5 Modifications: Requests to change session details (time, location, companion) are subject to availability and may alter the price.
6. Conduct & Safety
6.1 Clients must treat companions with respect, courtesy, and care.
6.2 Illegal activities, violence, harassment, coercion, threats, or any form of abuse are strictly prohibited.
6.3 SayPlease may terminate a booking without refund if client behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
7.1 SayPlease will treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.
7.2 We will only disclose information where required by law or with your express consent.
8. Liability
8.1 SayPlease acts as an intermediary in arranging companionship services.
8.2 The Agency is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from a companion’s actions beyond reasonable control.
8.3 Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking, where permitted by law.
9. No Private Contact
9.1 Clients shall not seek to obtain private contact details (personal phone number, personal social media, home address, etc.) of any companion.
9.2 All communication must be conducted through SayPlease channels.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SayPlease is registered and operates.
